Shipping, Returns, & Local Pick up

- Most items are shipped via USPS or UPS and do include insurance
- Lighting will ship anywhere from 4-6 weeks. Please reach out for more specifics if needed.
For packages that are refused, additional shipping fee may be charged to re-deliver your item. Original shipping fee is not refundable. A restocking fee will apply.
Changed your mind or unsatisfied with your purchase? No problem! Your satisfaction is most important! Simply return the unused item within 14 days for a store credit.
We do not accept returns/exchanges on Seasonal items, Special or Pre-Order Items, Lighting or Clearance items.
At our discretion we may offer a partial refund or charge a restocking fee, in particular if any item is not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
Requests for cancellations may or may not be accommodated depending on status in the shipment que. All approved cancellations will be charged a 15% restocking fee with the remainder refunded as a store credit.

Returns will be processed and refunds will be issued within five business days of receipt.
If your online order arrived damaged or defective, please contact us (within 7 business days) at email@example.com or by calling (469) 720-4403, Tuesday through Saturday, 12 PM- 6 PM Central TIme.
If you have order local pick up through our website or App, your order will be ready the following day after 2:00pm. If your order inclused lighting, please email firstname.lastname@example.org or call 469-720-4403 to verify it is in stock and ready for pick up.
All orders will be held for 60 days. After 60 days, items will be returned to stock and no refund will be completed.
