Shipping and Returns
- Most items are shipped via USPS or UPS and do include insurance
- Most items have a 5 to 10 business day shipping time frame
- ONLY handmade items including custom orders are currently on a 6 to 8 weeks time frame. It would then be an additional 2 to 10 days before receiving your order depending on how far away from Texas you are located :) Please check the item listing to confirm if it is a handmade item.

Changed your mind or unsatisfied with your purchase? Simply return the unused item within 14 days for a store credit or refund. (All Lighting must be new and have not been installed or altered) Your order number and the original packaging are required for all returns and exchanges. Refunds will be issued to the same method of payment as the original payment (credit card purchases will be credited to the original credit card account).
We do not accept returns on Seasonal, Sale or Clearance items.
At our discretion we may offer a partial refund or charge a restocking fee, in particular if any item is not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
Shipping cost is non-refundable for returned, undeliverable, unclaimed and packages that are refused. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
