Shipping and Returns
- Most items are shipped via USPS and do include insurance
- Most items have a 5 to 10 business day shipping time frame
- ONLY handmade items including custom orders are currently on a 6 to 8 weeks time frame. It would then be an additional 2 to 10 days before receiving your order depending on how far away from Texas you are located :) Please check the item listing to confirm if it is a handmade item.

Didn't work for you? Don't worry! Returns and exchanges are easy. Your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you will have 14 days after receiving your order to send it back. Custom Orders or other items that have been installed, altered, or damaged are not returnable.
To ensure that your return is processed without delay, please email us for a RA# at email@example.com. We will get back to you within 2 business days.
After you receive your RA# , follow these easy steps to ensure proper processing of your return.
1. Complete the Return Form that was included with your original shipment. If you need an additional form, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will send you one right away.
2. Take the address label from the Return Form and attach it to the outside of your shipping box. Don't forget to include your Return Form inside the package. Please make sure that you use the original package when returning. (unless damaged) All items must be in the same original and new condition when received at our office in order to receive a refund. Any defects or damages will be subtracted from the full value of the order.
3. Ship the package via your preferred carrier to:

We also suggest making sure that you have tracking information as we cannot complete a refund without confirmation of delivery.
4. Once the item is received in original condition, a refund will be issued. Please note that a 15% restocking fee will be withheld. Shipping costs are not refundable.Please note that an additional 10% will be withheld if it is shipped after the 14 day time frame and/or without an RA.
* Please note that due to some items being hand made- we do not accept cancellations after 24 hours. If cancelled after the 24 hours- we will hold the 15% restocking fee.
Defective or Damaged Items:
Don't worry! In the off chance something arrives broken or damaged, we will make it right for you. If that means sending a part, new glass, or an entirely new fixture we will make sure that you are 100% satisfied with your purchase. Just contact us at email@example.com and we'll take it from there.
*Please note that computers/monitors can vary in coloring - if you are unsure about a fixture, please email for additional pictures. We cannot pay for return shipping due to a difference in color appearance/opinion.
