Shipping and Returns

- Most items are shipped via USPS or UPS and do include insurance
- Lighting will ship anywhere from 4-6 weeks. Please reach out for more specifics if needed.
Changed your mind or unsatisfied with your purchase? Simply return the unused item within 14 days for a store credit or refund. (All Lighting is considered special order and is not refundable or returnable) Your order number and the original packaging are required for all returns and exchanges. Refunds will be issued to the same method of payment as the original payment (credit card purchases will be credited to the original credit card account).
We do not accept returns or on Seasonal, Lighting or Clearance items.
At our discretion we may offer a partial refund or charge a restocking fee, in particular if any item is not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
Requests for cancellations may or may not be accommodated depending on status in the shipment que. All approved cancellations will be charged a 15% restocking fee with the remainder refunded as a store credit.
Shipping cost is non-refundable for returned, undeliverable, unclaimed and packages that are refused. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
