Steak Soup Mix
This hearty vegetable soup combines vegetable favorites with your favorite steak to create a rich flavor that you'll swear came straight from the grill. A wonderful soup that has all the vegetables of a stew and a soothing beef broth.
Steak Soup Directions:
Brown 11/2 lbs. of your favorite steak (diced) along with the seasoning pack that has the white powder in bottom. I prefer chuck steak, but use what you like. In the meantime, bring 3 quarts of water to a boil. Add browned steak and remaining soup and seasoning packet. Add one can 15 oz. tomatoes and simmer 20-25 minutes. Serves 6-8.
