Refund policy

Changed your mind or unsatisfied with your purchase? No problem!  Your satisfaction is most important! Simply return the unused item within 14 days for a refund.

We do not accept returns/exchanges/ cancellations on Seasonal items, Special or Pre-Order Items, Items that were Pre-Authorized  Lighting or Clearance items. 

At our discretion we may offer a partial refund or charge a restocking fee, in particular if any item is not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error. 

Requests for cancellations may or may not be accommodated depending on status in the shipment que. We cannot accommodate cancellations on sale/clearance/ seasonal purchases.

Shipping costs are non-refundable
