Shipping policy

Shipping Info:

- Orders are processed in the order that they are received. We ship out of our warehouse in Forney TX. 

- Orders will be shipped via UPS or USPS

- We currently ship in the contiguous 48 US states

- Lighting will ship anywhere from 4-6 weeks. Please reach out for more specifics if needed.

- We are currently shipping in 3-5 business days - excluding special order items and lighting. 

- Lighting can take 4-6 weeks. Please email info@pineandivy.com for availability.

- Shipping is $10.95 flat rate.

For packages that are refused, additional shipping fee may be charged to re-deliver your item. Original shipping fee is not refundable. A restocking fee will apply.
